The 50th Highland Yard raises over $20,000 for affordable housing

The 50th running of the Highland Yard, remained virtual in 2022 due to uncertainty when the planning process began. This allowed people to design their own walk/run with family and friends to raise money for a great cause.

All proceeds stay in the County

Despite the run not taking place in person, the fundraising goal of $20,000 was exceeded! All proceeds remain here in Haliburton County creating and supporting affordable housing. The need has never been greater and we would like to thank all those who participated in the run and the volunteers who organized it.

Excitement in the air for 2023’s run
